Title Insurance
Southeastern Title Company issues insurance policies for all real estate transactions including residential, commercial, home equity lines, and land acquisitions throughout the state of Florida. We serve as an agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company as well as WFG National Title Company.
Escrow Services
Southeastern Title Company is fully bonded and insured as an escrow agent offering escrow services to our buyers, sellers, realtors, and developers.
Title Searches & Examination
Using state of the art technology, our in house title examiners are able to search, examine, and provide all necessary information within hours of any order.
Daniel Rudoy, Esq
Founder & CEO
Daniel Rudoy is the founder of Southeastern Title Company. Daniel has been a resident of South Florida since 1994 and attended Florida International University in Miami, Florida and Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. Daniel continued his higher education and graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida with a Juris Doctor. With over 18 years in the title industry, Mr. Rudoy has developed expertise in complex title matters and resolutions. Acting as title agent and attorney, Daniel has closed thousands of residential and commercial transactions throughout the State of Florida.
In addition to founding Southeastern Title Company, Daniel is the founder and managing partners of AR Law Group PLLC, a full service law firm specializing in Real Estate, HOA/Condo, Business, Civil Litigation, Family, and First Party Property.
Daniel's expertise includes complex residential and commercial real estate transactions, representing both buyer and sellers. Daniel also represents developers and lenders in various complex real estate related matters.
Daniel regularly teaches seminars related to real estate including contracts, leases, FIRPTA regulations, association matters, homestead rights, and survey/boundary disputes.
Daniel is fluent in English and Russian and resides with his wife and three children in Hollywood, Florida.

From there, she helped develop Southeastern Title Company into one of the top title companies in South Florida. Olga has a unique ability to cultivate a network of agents, buyers and sellers of real estate. In addition to handling the day to day operations of Southeastern Title Company, Olga is known for creating and hosting the best networking events held by Southeastern Title, bringing hundreds of people together to network, celebrate and connect with peers in their field.

Barbara came to Southeastern Title Company after spending over 10 years working in all aspects of the title industry with some of the top firms in South Florida. Barbara prides herself in the ability to identify and solve complex title problems while having the ability to smoothly bring all parties to a transaction to the closing table. Barbara makes sure that every client receives 100% dedication and strives to provide unparalleled service to every closing she handles. Barbara brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese languages.
- Anastasia VorozheykinParalegal/CloserAnastasia came to Southeastern Title Company with a background in International Business and Management. Under the guidance of Daniel Rudoy, Anastasia quickly developed a skill for title processing and became an expert in real estate closings.
